At OwnIt, client satisfaction is the priority. We offer two very different products — a Full Custom Build crafted from scratch, and OwnIt Lite, our ready-made app delivered to your own private link — so each has its own fair, clearly-defined policy below.

Full Custom Build · $400+

Full Custom Build — 2-week trial

See it in action. Our live demo at ownitapp.info/demoapp is an example of a Full Custom Build — it includes features that go beyond OwnIt Lite, so you can preview what a fully bespoke app can do.

Because a Full Custom Build is crafted from scratch around your business, it comes with a 2-week trial period starting from the date your live link is delivered. During this time:

Use it in real life
Log your actual expenses, explore every tab, and test the app with your real workflow. This is the best way to know if it fits your needs.

Request any changes
If anything feels off — a category name, a tab label, a color, a layout — reach out and we'll fix it. Revisions during the trial period are free of charge.

Confirm satisfaction
At the end of the 2 weeks, the project is considered complete and accepted. No further free revisions will be included after this point.

If you're still not satisfied at the end of the trial — even after free revisions:

A 50% refund will be issued if dissatisfaction is reported within the 2-week trial window and cannot be resolved through revisions. Upon issuing the refund, your app link will be unpublished and access to the deployed application will be removed.

OwnIt Lite · DIY $75 / Guided $100

OwnIt Lite — 7-day refund

OwnIt Lite is our ready-made app, paid upfront and deployed to your own private link. Every Lite client runs the same underlying code, so — unlike a Full Custom Build — it isn't customized with new features or code changes.

Report dissatisfaction within 7 days and we'll refund you. If you let us know within 7 days of your private link being delivered, you'll receive a $75 refund on either DIY or Guided. Because we host your link, we'll simply unpublish it.
